Cambridgeshire has had a complete change of EHE personnel towards the end of 2011, with a new inspector and a new EHE manager. At time of writing, we are waiting to see what the new people are like.

Cambridge like most LEAs has little reality of the Law and operates its own interpretation, sadly far short from what they are required to do by regulations. They provide little or zero support and fail to provide the bare minimuim required by regulations. The only redeeming fact is that they do provide financial support for HE children to attend college!
