| Susan Bates is our EHE advisor, I have only corresponded in writing with her as I declined the offer of a visit. Her speciality used to be special needs when she taught in schools. The tone of her letters seem friendly, respectful and professional, she seems to know the law on HE and has not asked for any further reports or visits since the initial enquiry which was 2yrs ago. | |
